Features#

On-prem deployment#

• You can deploy Middleware solution on their cloud with Helm chart.
• We are supporting Infrastructure monitoring, APM, logs, Alerts, Dashboard builder, RUM.

Improvements#

OpsAI#

• MCP server is developed for Middleware account. Here is repo link
• Added tool support for listing errors, detailed error views, alert tools, dashboard creating and widget creation via MCP.
• Integrated MCP client connectivity via MCP binary.

Integrations#

• GCP Integration: Added support for Cloud logging via Pub/Sub flow. More details here. You can collect logs via GCP integration

• Azure Integration: Added support for collect metrics from Azure app services, now we are collecting 90+ metrics (support for Microsoft.web/sites) namespace.
• Prometheus: Adding form-fields in the Middleware UI, to allow users to scrape prometheus endpoints without restarting their statefulsets.

Other improvements#

• Ops AI
  • Resolved an issue where the retry function was not working to generate GitHub PRs.
  • Improved validation and messaging for OpsAI settings.
• RUM: Fixed error in session recording when user is using canvas.
• Settings → usage: fixed the issue of data not displaying when individual product is filtered to see usage (ex: metrics, logs etc).
• APM: fixed the issue of data loading inside Traces → span → waterfall view. It was happening when data size was large
• Settings → Teams: updated proper validation messages for edge cases while creating teams.
• Ingestion control: Optimized API calls by removing redundant API calls while selecting Include/Exclude namespace, deployment inside ingestion control and fixed the issue of selected values are not getting reflected.
• Alerts: Fixed the pagination issue in the alert listing screen.

Chatbot support#

• You can reach out to our support team via chatbot. This is available for websites and app.
• Default chatbot will be enabled. You can turn it off from the left menu.

UI enhancements#

• Apache, Nginx, Redpanda, RabbitMQ, Kafka integrations and custom data ingestion UX is upgraded with better information so you can easily understand how to integrate and what’s necessary steps to do it.
• Updated UX for Slack, Teams, Pagerduty, Opsgenie integration with more data like integrated channels, prerequisites, integration info etc.
• Updated hexagon chart to handle size issue when less number of hexagons are plotted.
