Features
- Metric Control Panel in Settings provides users a single location to view all of their collected metrics - users can search for metrics by resource name, key, or label names
- Dynamic filters in the alert module for users based on their existing alert configurations
- Users can mute their already created Alerts in the details screen
- Alert statuses are now automatically updated based on the most recent computed value
- Data Ingestion Intervals allow users to adjust the window at which Widgets compute metrics (e.g. 30s or 1 min)
- Log filter values will update based on other filter values selected (not available when selecting log level as a filter)

- Fixed Slack channel integration so the list is updated each time it is requested, rather than pulled from a previous and potentially stale list
