# July 15, 2026

Release 2.7.8 shipped on July 15, 2026.

## Features

### Agent upgrade

- Released a new version of the Kubernetes agent with performance optimizations to reduce CPU and memory usage.

## Improvements

### Integration improvements

- Added kubernetes agent support in MySQL integration to monitor MySQL on GCP.
- Enhanced the Data Collected tab to display all metrics collected for each integration, giving users a clear view of the metrics available after integration.
- Added support for polling data at the folder level in [GCP integrations](/integrations/gcp-integration#configuring-gcp-integration).

### Dashboard builder UX improvements

- Fixed an issue where existing widgets were automatically rearranged in the dashboard layout when adding or editing a widget.
- Improved pie chart data label placement to reduce label overlap and improve readability.
- Enhanced the compact legend with a “more” option and search bar. Click the color box to toggle a series, or click the label to isolate it.
- Improved the expanded legend layout by displaying the legend and chart side by side, instead of letting the legend occupy the full chart height.

### Other improvements

- Added more audit logs for agent installation, APM configurations.
- UI improvements in status page: added info section and badge.
- Added role-based access control for the RUM module, with permissions for View, Add, and Edit actions.
- Enabled support for public dashboard sharing via a shareable link, allowing anyone with the link to view the dashboard.
- Performance enhancements for OpsAI to give more accurate chart citations and faster response.
