# April 8, 2026

Release 2.7.1 shipped on April 8, 2026.

## Features

### OpsAI

- **AI dashboard**

  - Now our default landing page in the product is an AI dashboard where users can see all the errors, alerts, grafana / datadog alerts (if integrated), chats with the option to fix it.
  - If the user has not done any agent installation or there are no errors then the user will have instructions and guide to complete onboarding (to configure agent).
  - Users can still access our previous welcome dashboard from the list of default dashboards (Dashboard builder → System health overview dashboard)
- **Investigate and Fix with OpsAI**

  - Updated the UI and backend to investigate issues to give a clean and smooth experience.
  - It works with Kubernetes events, APM issues, logs, RUM errors and alerts.
  - Improved integrated-repo behavior, pull request/default-branch handling, and safer repo search limits.

- **Talk to OpsAI**

  - Users can initiate a new chat and ask anything on the data and OpsAI will solve their questions.
  - OpsAI will also answer any question related to Middleware products/integration (based on our documentations)
- **Grafana and Datadog alerts**

  - If any user is using a third party tool such as [Grafana](/integrations/grafana-integration) or [Datadog](/integrations/datadog-integration) for alerting, they can still send those alerts/events in Middleware via integration and resolve it with OpsAI.

- **Billing**

  - Per account 2M tokens are free to investigate & fix the issues.
  - After the free limit, we charge based on tokens. See [detailed pricing](https://middleware.io/pricing/#opsai).
  - Note: Creating dashboards/alerts with OpsAI is free of charge.

### RUM

- We upgraded Android RUM SDK to handle obfuscation stacktrace, now full error stack trace can be seen for Android applications with RUM.
- Bug fix in geographic analytics chart
- Added HTML/Javascript in RUM installation page
- Mobile SDKs improvement to make sure resource attributes are consistent.

### Alerts

- Updated UI for alert templates, Users can create multiple alerts at once from templates.

## Improvements

### Integration enhancements

- **GCP**

  - We upgraded GCP’s CloudSQL integration and enabled polling support for Query Insights(QI) metrics for PostgreSQL.
- **AWS**

  - We upgraded AWS integration with 7 new services: DocumentDB, Bedrock, SageMaker, Billing & Cost Management, KMS, SES and Textract.
