# OpsAI

OpsAI is the SRE agent that works on top of everything Middleware already collects. It watches your services through APM, RUM and Kubernetes telemetry, flags an issue as it appears, reads only the files tied to that error and comes back with a root cause and a ready-to-apply fix. You connect it once, to your repo and your cluster, and then decide how far it goes: answer a question in chat, turn a sentence into a dashboard, investigate an alert, open a pull request for review or, on Kubernetes, apply the fix itself.
